Home made butter.......


What do you do when it's snowing and you feel trapped inside? Make butter!

I had a little left over whipping cream, so rather than waste it, I turned it into butter. I put the cream in a canning jar and shook it so about 25 minutes (resulting in arm pain). I kept the buttermilk that separates from the butter to use in other recipes!
