Look closely, you'll see the zap collars. No more Cha-cha jumping the fence to visit the neighbors, and no more Sam surfing the neighborhood garbage cans for hours and hours!! ALCATRAZ!!! I hope this contains them, or I'm going to dig a moat and fill it with 'gators!
