Peach and Blueberry Pie...


Dennis bought a box of white peaches, so I immediately decided that I had to make something peachy tonight! I used my favorite pie crust recipe from Martha and "winged" the rest. I used about 2 1/2 lbs of peached, 1/4 C of sugar, 1 1/2 T cornstarch, 1/2 a squeezed lemon and about 1 cup of blueberries. Baked it at 400 for 55 minutes and POOF, instant yumminesssssss!
