I decided (last minute) to do the first day of Ragbrai (64 miles). The weather was perfect and best of all I ran into some old friends! Here are a few pictures of the day. I also took a picture of a poor, dead bat :( I think he got hit by a car. I noticed him on the side of the rode when Joe and I stopped for a little bike repair. We also discovered a remedy for squeaky brakes, Kiehl's lip balm!
