Lemon Curd Fruit Tart!

I made a fruit tart for Dennis' birthday, it's one of my favorites!  Lucky for me that's what he wanted for his birthday....

It's not only tasty, but beautiful as well.  Lemon curd is so good, I could spread it on toast, use it between layers on a cake, maybe a dollop on top of ice cream, or eat it by the spoonful.  Yeah, I'd even do a lemon curd IV.......
