The Drive

Monday's drive home from Kansas started out great. I spotted 4 bald eagles and 1 live coyote! I had only ever seen coyotes squished by the roadside. I know farmers probably find them to be a nuisances, but I think they are misunderstood creatures. Anyway, the drive ended on a nerve wracking note about 15 miles from home. I ended up driving on what appeared to be miles and miles of unplowed snow, left by the March blizzard. I passed about 35+ cars in the ditches alongside i29. Many of which were on their roofs!

Progress on the Yellow Wall Cardigan is slow going, but I think I'm going to love the cardigan.
