It's that time of year again when I make the annual Lemon Curd Fruit tart for Denny's birthday. I figured since I would be in the kitchen all day away, why not bust out some bread? King Arthur Flour posts the best recipes, and they are all very,very good. I don't think I've ever had a KAF fail. Thursday they posted a cheese brioche bread recipe, so I'm giving it a whirl. It's a two day process, so I unfortunately extended my one day in the kitchen to two. Poop.
